I have been to this store on Cyrville, messy store bad language used by some employee, not very helpful. But there was a cashier by the name of Ferne which was the best as she was pleasent, polite, efficient, and everytime I was there her line was always the busiest but I went to her anyway. She was a very nice person. May be some of your staffs could take example from her, and there are some others like her but a few only. All an all a fair customer services.
